		<description>Don&#039;t feel too bad about the chicken; I overcooked mine a couple of days ago, too!  Must not be a good week for &#039;el pollo.  I love parmigiano-reggianno; unfortuantely I could eat all by itself!  I&#039;m enjoying your part of the challenge, but K. is working nights this week.  It wouldn&#039;t be fair to make him live off of potted meat and peanut butter sandwiches.  :)</description>
