Wow. Nothing like walking into your office and being surprised with pie. But then, I didn’t realize today was a holiday.
More traditions like this, please.
I read something somewhere about Pie Day yesterday.
For me, there's nothing like pumpkin (made my own way with lots of cinnamon). But cherry, hot, with vanilla ice cream? Pie heaven.

I'll confess that I don't do pie all that often – just don't think about it – so when it does happen, and it's a good pie…**drool**
Today's experience was homemade pecan. Yum.
For some reason, I was under the impression that Pie Day was March 14th.
I made Southern Living's Chocolate-Bourbon Pecan Pie for Christmas. O. M. G. *diez and goez to pie heaven*

As for your dessert – crikey. Simply reading that name – chocolate-bourbon pecan pie – just added five pounds to my weight. I imagine it was awesome.
